SO DARN CLOSE!! -:/

I deeply apologize..I haven't been posting very much, and I will update the "fact of the weeks," some other time. So anyways, I told you about Daniel and Katie's relationship, right? Well, Katie really really loves him...and hopefully he does too.

Anyways, today we were having snack outside. Oh yeah, and today, Ivie wasn't there, so we couldn't make fun of her by playing basketball. Have I told you about that? No, ok. Here it goes: So..Ivie apparently thinks she's cool by playing basketball, but she's too chicken to even shoot. Cuz she's afraid that the boys are gonna knock her ball out or something. And EVERY TIME she plays basketball, she gets "hurt" somewhere and then starts crying. What we try to do is, play basketball and knock the ball out of the hoop every time Ivie shoots. So..yeah. We couldn't have some entertainment of Ivie getting "hurt."

Today, when we were out playing, the first graders came out. (Yes, that is the class Katie is in). We were going like,"Daniel! Katie loves you," or "Daniel! Katie wants to hug you!!" In the beginning, Daniel started running away when he saw Katie. But Larry and Ryan pushed him toward Katie, and they started playing football "casually." Lesley, Shannon, and I went up to Katie, and we were like,"Do you remember him? Daniel?" And that sent her chasing after him for the whole recess. And now for the good part. We were trying to make Katie and Daniel hug. So anyways, Lesley and Ryan (and probably Shannon) were holding Daniel so that he couldn't move. Then, Katie came over and stood in front of him with her arms wide open ready for a hug. She stood like that and waited. (I really don't know what she was waiting for).Then, Daniel suddenly got stronger and threw Ryan and Lesley's arms to the side. (ikr vivi? stronger cuz of katie). Yeah..we were so darn close to making them hug.
